Brodie Croyle says he will start against Tennessee
According to the Red Zone Brodie Croyle will be starting the next game for the Kansas City Chiefs.
- Croyle began throwing in individual drills in practice last week and has been cleared for contact.
“If I’m healthy, I’m going to go,” Croyle said today. “I just have to make sure that over the next two weeks that everything keep going the way it’s supposed to be and we don’t have any setbacks. If that’s so, then we’ll be ready to go against Tennessee.”
I am not sure if this is a good or bad thing. The Titans have one of the better defenses (and defensive lines) in the NFL. Albert Haynesworth could have a field day here.
Looking from the other side, I guess if you really want to test Brodie to see if he’ll get hurt again this year this is a great test. If he can survive the Titans maybe that means he is getting tougher? I dunno… I’m just trying to look at it from all angles here.
What do you guys think? Can Croyle make it through the whole game without getting hurt?

This could get ugly fast, but I agree, a true test of rather he can actually stay healthy or not. I’m just affraid the Titans might kill him!
I know, I am also afraid for his life.
What would be funny is if he survives the Tenn. game and everyone starts giving him credit for surviving it and then BAM gets hurt a few games later against a weaker defense. Wouldn’t be funny… more ironic I guess.
Seems inevitable either way unfortunately.
