Chiefs drop CB Poole and pick up OL Shackleford
When I watched the first preseason game against the Chicago Bears I wasn’t too impressed with CB Will Poole and apparently neither were the Chiefs. It appears the Chiefs thought enough of him to cut him and then bring back a player they already cut in the Spring workouts.
- In Shackleford, the Chiefs are getting a big body. The 365-pound Shackleford was with the Chiefs during their spring workouts but released before the start of camp.[Red Zone]
Although Shackleford is probably just here to provide an extra body on the offensive line until Branden “Phat” Albert (HEY HEY HEY!) is back on the field.
