Kansas City Chiefs are trying out punters
Don’t worry Chiefs fans, Dustin Colquitt is still on the team and they aren’t looking to move him (that I am aware of), but it does appear that he is hurt. From ESPN blogs
- Apparently, veteran Dustin Colquitt is dealing with an injury that could affect his game status this week against Tennessee.
The punters the Chiefs are planning to look at are Paul Ernster, Waylon Prather and Zac Atterberry. Ernster has punted for Denver and Atterberry was most recently on the Bears’ practice squad.
I sure hope Colquitt is okay and this is just a minor injury because Colquitt is a great punter and without him the Chiefs are sure do even worse in the field position battle. We wish you a speedy recovery Dustin, you are the man!
